Cardamom, is a spice made from the seeds of plants called Elettaria and Amomum in the family Zingiberaceae.

It has 1-1,5cm in diameter. Javanese cardamom has a distinctive scent. It is used for food aromatic.

Essential oil content 2–3.5%.

We pick our Javanese cardamom from farmers who work closely to us, to maintain the quality.
